Introduction
Enjoying a relaxing hookah session is a delightful experience, but it requires proper setup and maintenance. This manual provides a detailed guide on preparing and using a hookah effectively.
Step 1: Prepare the Hookah
- Water and Vase: Pour water into the vase up to the marked level. For enhanced flavor, consider adding juice, milk, or wine.
- Assembling the Hookah: Insert the Shaft into the Vase. Attach the hose to its designated port on the hookah.
- LED Light: Turn on the LED light (for some hookah models, place a round light underneath the vase to illuminate from below).
Step 2: Prepare the Head
- HMD Placement: Position the Heat Management Device (HMD) atop the fruit head, ensuring no gaps around the sides.
- Hookah Head: Place the prepared fruit head with the hole at the bottom atop the hookah.
Step 3: Heat the Charcoals
- Heating: Place 3 charcoals on a stove and heat for 7 minutes. Flip them using tongs and heat for an additional 3 minutes.
- Placement: Place the heated charcoals inside the HMD.
Step 4: Smoking
- Initial Heating: Wait for 10 minutes before smoking to ensure the tobacco warms up properly.
- Maintaining: Replace old charcoals with 3 new ones after 30 minutes, and repeat during the session as needed. Optionally, add an extra coal for more smoke, but be cautious of overheating.
Step 5: Changing the Fruit Head
Replace the fruit head after 90 minutes to keep the flavor fresh.
Post-Smoking Care
- Cleaning: Drain the water from the vase and store the hookah assembled.
- Packing: Return the charcoal burner, HMD, tongs, LED light, unused coals, and mouth tips to their storage bag.
- Disposing: Discard any used fruit heads and mouthpieces. Separate the HMD from the fruit head using tongs and store it separately.
